Description for Freshers Senior Accountant Job

Accountant Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• महीने की एजिंग रिपोर्ट (एआर रिपोर्ट) तैयार करना|
• बचे हुए सामान की जाँच करना।
• कस्टमर स्टेटमेंट से बिल चेक करना, बकाया पैसा, क्रेडिट/डेबिट नोट आदि का ध्यान रखना|
• भविष्य में कितना पैसा आएगा और जायेगा इसका अनुमान लगाना|
• पैसे की प्राथमिकता के अनुसार व्यवस्था करना|
• बकाया चालान, क्रेडिट/डेबिट नोट आदि का निपटान करना, तथा चालान और कस्टमर स्टेटमेंट के साथ पेमेंट का मिलान करना|

• Monthly aging report (AR report) generation.
• Check out for unpaid collections.
• Comparing the receipts to the client statement, clearing outstanding debts, credit/debit notes, etc.
• Future Money Forecasting for inflow and outflow funds.
• Arrange the payment according to priority.
• Clearing outstanding invoices, credit/debit notes, etc., and reconciling the payment with the invoices and supplier statements.

General Accounting:

Candidate Requirement for Accountant Job

• अकाउंटिंग ऑफ़ फाइनेंसिंग में स्नातक डिग्री होनी चाहिए | Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred.
