Global Business Manager Job Description

- सिस्टम इंट्रीग्रेशन के लिए ग्लोबल स्टैंडर्ड और रिक्वायरमेंट डेवलप करना
- चल रही गतिविधियों के लिए एक गोल सैट करना और उनके लिए डिसीजन लेना
- अफेक्टिव और एफिशिएंट सॉल्यूशंस के लिए आईटी और ऑपरेशनल डिपार्टमेन्ट से डायरेक्टली कनेक्ट करना
- कस्टमर की रिक्वॉयरनमेंट्स को अच्छे से समझना और उनकी आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार पूरा करना

- Collaborate directly with IT and operations departments to deliver effective and efficient solutions.
- Understand customer requirements thoroughly and fulfill them as per their expectations.
- Support the sales department in acquiring new customers.
- Regularly review and recommend improvements to business procedures in line with company objectives.
- Prepare and enhance client analytics to improve service delivery.
- Conduct site visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador, not just as an employee, during client interactions.
Global Business Manager Requirements
- Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system integrations in the logistics industry.
- Strong organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control).
- Good knowledge of EDI and API standards, protocols, and supply chain visibility applications.
- Project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects
- Better understanding of air and ocean freight operations and regulations.
- Act as a good team driven leader, good motivator and facilitator to complete the targets.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
